How to be acknowledged

A – Stop talking
B – Talking too fast
C – Speak Quietly

When you notice yourself talking too fast, stop, take a breath, smile, and then go on to your next sentence. If you find someone rambling at you, make sure you lower your voice and repeat what they say. That will calm them down and help them feel heard.
